Questions we hear a lot.

Are there any setup fees?

No hidden setup fees. We’ll cover any initial onboarding work during the consultation and tell you the cost up front.

Is there a charge for consultations or advice?

No — consulting and advice is unlimited on every plan, with no per-hour cost. We’d rather talk through a potential issue than fix a real one. For prospects, the initial conversation and first on-site consultation are free as well.

What’s included in on-site support?

Fully Managed includes unlimited on-site visits across the Sheffield area. Essential includes 4 hours of on-site per month, with extra hours at half rate. Micro includes 1 hour of on-site monthly, with extras at half rate (£40/hour) plus travel. Monthly hours on Micro and Essential don’t roll over.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Business needs change. You can adjust your plan with 30 days’ notice, without drama.

Do you lock people into contracts?

We typically work on 12-month agreements for managed services, but we’re flexible. We’d rather keep you through good service than through a contract.
