Questions we hear a lot.

What are your support hours?

Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. We aim to respond to queries within 4 hours during those times.

Is on-site support included?

Yes — 4 hours of on-site visits per month are included with Essential. Anything beyond that runs at our half-rate of £40/hour plus travel.

Do the on-site hours roll over?

No. The 4 hours each month don’t roll over. We’d rather plan a regular cadence with you than stockpile hours.

Are there any setup fees?

No setup fees on Essential. Your initial assessment and onboarding are part of the first month’s service.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes — plenty of clients start on Essential and move to Fully Managed as the business grows. We make the switch seamless.

What about out-of-hours emergencies?

For anything needing after-hours cover, Fully Managed is the better fit. Otherwise, emergency callouts can be arranged at premium rates.

Is there a minimum contract?

We typically work on 12-month agreements, but we’re flexible for the right clients. We’d rather earn your loyalty than lock you in.
