Who is Micro for?
Sole traders and small businesses of 1 to 3 people. If you’ve got more than three staff, Essential will fit better.
What are your support hours?
Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm. Most issues get a response the same day; complex ones by next business day.
Is on-site support included?
Yes — 1 hour of on-site is included each month. Anything beyond that runs at our half rate of £40/hour plus travel.
Do the on-site hours roll over?
No. The 1 hour each month is use-it-or-lose-it. Most months you won’t need it; the months you do, it’s there.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — moving up to Essential or Fully Managed is straightforward as the business grows.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees on Micro. Initial assessment and onboarding are part of the first month.
Is there a minimum contract?
We typically work on 12-month agreements, but we’re flexible. We’d rather earn your loyalty than lock you in.
