How we work with clients: the services we provide, how we bill, and the usual legal essentials. Last updated November 2025.

1. Agreement to terms

By engaging Technologikal for IT support, consulting or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Services provided

Technologikal provides IT support services including, but not limited to:

  • Managed IT services and monitoring
  • Business systems analysis and consulting
  • Network design and installation
  • AI integration and automation services
  • Technical support and troubleshooting

3. Service agreements

Specific services will be detailed in individual service agreements or statements of work. These terms supplement any such agreements but do not replace them.

4. Fees and payment

Service fees will be agreed in advance and detailed in your service agreement. Payment terms are typically net 30 days unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur interest charges.

5. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, systems and data. We will not disclose your information to third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, Technologikal is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Service level commitments

Response times and service levels are specified in your service agreement. We are committed to responsive, reliable support for all our clients.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Outstanding fees remain payable upon termination.

9. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to active clients, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
